Beach Runners is a service-based app that allows you to hire a Runner to pick up your personal beach gear and haul it to one of the public beach accesses we service along the Gulf Coast. You are able to order Quick Runs in-person near designated public beach accesses or you can book runs in advance to be picked up at your location through our app.

Quick Run
You can easily approach one of our Runners that are located near the public beach accesses we service and they will initiate a Quick Run order for you. The Runner will haul your gear from the parking lot to the beach! Look in the app to see their locations. If available, you can even use Quick Run for a Return from Beach order!

Book a Runner in Advance
Download the Beach Runners app and book a run in advance. The Runner will come to your location (beach house, condo, etc.) and pick up your beach gear and haul to the public beach access of your choice that we currently service.

Return from Beach
You can use the app to order a Return from Beach Pickup in advance and the Runner will haul your beach gear from the public beach back to your residence, if it’s within walking distance, or back to your car.

Things to Remember
Please note - once your Runner drops your gear off, your items will remain unattended until you arrive
For Return from Beach orders, we ask that you disassemble big items, like tents, before the Runner arrives
Coolers should be 50 lbs or less
Please note - for advance orders, your Beach Runner may cancel the job if your gear isn’t as described. Excessive loads may also incur extra charges
You may tip your Runner inside the app - the Runner will receive 100% of the tip
The mobile app is free and available in the Apple and Google Play Stores
After you download, please make sure you take time to fill out the Profile section
Payment is handled directly through the mobile app - all major forms of payment are accepted
For advanced orders, you will not be charged until the Runner has completed your order
Do not place valuables of any kind with your beach gear or in your beach bags

Quick Run
One Way | $25
☼ Beach Runners will be stationed near designated public beach accesses. You can see their live locations inside the app.
☼ The Runner will initiate the run through the app and haul your gear from the parking area to the beach! The same goes for Return orders.

Standard Package
One Way | $45
☼ Must be ordered at least 2 hours in advance. Beach gear for up to 4 people. No large items permitted, like a paddle board or XL tents, etc.
☼ No single item should exceed 50lbs. Distance limitations may apply to advanced orders. -
Deluxe Package
One Way | $65
☼ Must be ordered 2 hours in advance. Beach gear for 5-8 people. Package should not exceed 3 consecutive trips.
☼ No single item should exceed 50lbs. Distance limitations may apply to advanced orders.
👉 Please Note: there is only 1 Runner assigned to each order.
Beach Set Up Disclaimer
For advanced orders, the Runner will set up your chairs to reserve your spot. Your other items will be placed neatly by your chairs. This a safety measure to ensure your tents and/or umbrellas do not blow away before you arrive.
Please note - public beach accesses are first come, first serve. The Runner will select the best beach area at the time of your set up. You can request your location in the Notes section of your order and your Runner will do their best to accommodate. Once your Runner drops your gear off, your items will remain unattended.
Coolers should be 50 lbs or less (a good rule of thumb - your cooler needs to be less than 37 quarts). If the Runner is unable to safely pick up your cooler, they will notify you that the item was left behind due to weight.
Disclaimer of Liability for Customer Equipment
All customer equipment/gear handled by Beach Runners is done so at the customer’s own risk. The provider disclaims any and all liability for such equipment/gear and shall not be liable for any losses or damage to such equipment/gear.
